Welcome to The Catch Online
The Catch Online supports 'The Catch' a magazine produced by Mersey Care Service Users with the support of staff at the Community Access Team and Community Mental Health Team, Southport.
We aim to provide a source of support to those going through short and long term Mental Health problems from people who have 'been there'. We offer practical advice, empathy, anecdotes, distraction and support.
To those who contribute and run the magazine and website it provides a source of meaningful occupation, confidence, self-worth and social contact. It also acts as a resource for vocational therapy as it uses the skills which can be used to develop vocational skills.
